Why this Nurse cares about YOU...

I don't know you. I don't know you personally and I have no detailed knowledge about you. You are a complete stranger to me. I don't even know your name!

But there is something about you that I do know. I do know that you, like everybody else, think about themselves. It may not be a persistent thought, but occasionally, I presume, you halt for a moment and look at yourself in front of the mirror, asking these questions:

"Do I look HEALTHY?'

"Am I looking more and more of a haggard mess because of the stress I get from work and problems?"

"Have I been exercising religiously or regularly (... it's so hard waking up early in the morning and drag oneself off from the bed!)?"

"Have I been eating the RIGHT kind of foods that won't leave me feeling guilty and regretful for having contributed to the expansion of an over-sized belly?"

"When was the last time I've seen my doctor (I really can't understand all those medical mumbo-jumbo that are so confusing and complicated!)?"

" Have I tried, really tried, to quit smoking?"

"Do I intend to seriously cut down my drinking?"

" Is my medicine intake turning out to be a 'problem' (they're pain medications... how harmful could they be... I need it anyways... No one knows about it.)?"

" Do I take a moment for myself... to breathe a sigh of relief, to think, to let go, to release, to understand, to know, and to change?"

"Do I really care about myself to make a serious effort to care for myself?"

If that is the case, well my FRIEND, it may come as a surprise for you but this NURSE...

Yes, this NURSE, cares so much about you!

This NURSE cares enough to help you see and understand the benefit of bringing out the BEST in you... from the way your body looks, the way you think, the way you interact, the way you deal with challenges, the way you choose your options... the way you live your LIFE.

This NURSE cares enough to notice your confusion when your nerdy physician starts talking Martian (with all the technical blabber) and leaves you looking pretty much stupid ("Huh?").

This NURSE cares enough to answer your doubts and questions about your health in the most simple, convenient, no-nonsense, common-sense explanation there is.
